32 Solar panels, 2 x 3.6kw Inverters & 2 x 10kw Batteries installed
This system was installed on the 4th of April 2026, When we came across Dave he had come to us to buy some solar panels for his garden room come shed at the bottom of his garden as part of his own little DIY project to power the shed and tool charging etc.
He was already in the process of getting quotations for solar and had been looking into it for twelve months previous after buying an EV almost a year to date. He is in his own words a “bit of a geek” and likes to run the numbers so already had an idea of what he may require due to his study of his last 12 months energy usage.
He asked us to survey the site and put forward a proposal and we finally came up with a system that we had tweaked from his original system design due to our industry knowledge.
He liked our proposal over the others and gave us the go ahead for the works. Dave has agreed to supply us with information over the next coming months / quarters / years (due to his geekness for numbers) to add to this page for people to see a real life scenario of a four bed home running an EV and with the forward mindset of an air source heat pump system in the future.
